Kundalini Ambidexterity is the name of my system of self-actualization.

In this context, the word ambidexterity refers to both traditional ambidexterity, in the sense of being able to equally utilize both hands, and also the novel concept of "Kundalini Ambidexterity", which refers to the ability to make in-the-moment intelligent decisions between two extremes.

A simple example of Kundalini Ambidexterity can be understood in terms of introversion and extroversion, where Kundalini Ambidexterity would be the ability to intelligently modulate between them as appropriate for a given situation.
