Color Commentary is a term associated with professional sports, where an expert in the field provides a running commentary on events as they unfold. As it pertains to self-actualization and mindfulness, I use the concept of color commentary to refer to the process of narrating everyday events as they transpire as a way to increase one's present moment focus.
